The synod, which is the supreme body of the diocese, appoints the Board of Governors (BOG), which is sub-divided into subcommittees; finance, management, appointments & displinary and planning & development committees. The full BOG appoints the medical Superintendent who is the head of the Hospital administration. Under the Medical superintendent are the heads of departments and staff.
The Medical Superintendent is responsible for general planning, management, coordination, supervision and monitoring of all hospital and Health Sub-District services and ongoing activities.
